Livestreamed inking and colouring my Pony Sona from start to finish, which was 3 hours (not bad for me).

And that's not in the end of it: There's materials science (developing and choosing what to build the plane and it's parts out of), Orbital Mechanics (Studying how objects orbit planets), Mechanics (Designing how the parts move)
It's quite a big, complicated discipline. Ever heard of "Rocket Science" ? A rocket scientist is actually an Aerospace Engineer

And the project's well underway! NASA are currently developing the spacecraft to go to an asteroid and the moon by 2020, and then on to mars by 2040
It's called "Orion" and I hope to get an aerospace engineering degree or masters and lend my paw to help land a man on mars

To me it's a testament and symbol of everything positive about the human race: Our curiosity, our innovation, our cleverness, our willingness to explore, our willingness to push our ourselves and our ability to work together.
Eventually we will leave this planet, and in the future we wil talk about Yuri Gagarin as Christopher Columbus in classrooms on space colonies, then we will truly be great as a species
