I absolutely love drawing forest backgrounds.

Sorry about the lateness in getting this one posted. I’ve had a lot on my plate this week, but I was determined not to miss the update this time. Yes, it’s in grayscale, since from this point on I’ll only be posting the color versions as a reward for Paypal donations. :) The last update was a sneak preview of things to come!

This is the first time we really get to see the level of Persephoni’s inner dedication to Chelsea. It must be hard for someone to have the “mothering” instinct when the child is completely unaware of their existence. I do plan on doing an origin comic for the pair, showing how Chelsea first found Persephoni, but I will save that for one of the book releases.
