Kirrit is a grey seer in the Skaven Under-Empire, and Tirrik's sister.
She was birthed as a warpstone mutation, created by experiments headed by Throt the Unclean of Clan Moulder in an effort to create a stronger breeder for the various warlord clans facing the dwarfs and goblins in the World's Edge Mountains. She was saved from death by Seerlord Kritislik, the most powerful grey seer in the Under-Empire, for he saw potential in her.
Kirrit's ego rivals that of Grey Seer Thanquol, having accepted Kritislik's notion of her being particularly favoured by the Great Horned Rat, a trait which is passed onto her stormvermin bodyguard who believe in her (and by extention their) superiority over the masses of Skavendom.
Both her and Tirrik hate each other immensely, to the point of not denying any assassination attempts against one another. The only thing that stops them from coming to blows personally is that it's extremely likely that both of them would die in the attempt, the master moulder being obliterated by her sorcery shortly before the grey seer is torn apart by his rat ogre Skullcrusher.

Nothing special about this one, just the grey seer from the Screaming Bell kit perched on a pile of rocks to make one on foot.

pretty unusual story... a seeress, interesting.
Though well, always attracts a lot of controversy over the hard core fluff believers.
That said, it's a pretty simple and popular conversion to use the plastic seer from the bell. it looks good and it's plastic.
My seer's a old solid metal lump.
heavy, chips all the time too.

True.... :D
I usually just refer to my seer as "My Grey Seer" in combat. Keeps things simple. :D
Though My seer is one of the few characters that I'd actually bothered to name.
Yeah bell and furnace... you can quite easily convert a bell and a furnace from just a pile of plasticard and that thing.

Heey, I think i remember seeing this gal years and years ago, back before skaven exploded in popularity(on here)! The backstory always felt a mite excessive when there is already several unmutated female skaven born normally spread throughout the Fantasy lore. But hey, i cant really be one to talk. My grey seer and his warlock and stormvermin buddies have a human boy with them.
Is your army still on square bases, or did you swap on over? I only recently started after wanting to for an extremely long time. Which is a bit funny since i have a bunch of metal skaven heros from the 80's and 90's composing most of my HQ, and while i may only of started painting, i think I'm doing a decent job on them.

Aw, thats a shame. It seems that most skaven players got lost in transition, and only recently did new players start becoming interested in them. Just about everything from early AoS was thrown in the dumpster alongside the guy that killed Fantasy and forced the new setting. The newest edition is apparently not too shabby. Theres a bunch of lores to choose from and a big chunk of artifacts for every race to use, plus unique faction spells and what not. Skavenslaves got rolled into clanrats, but thats not much of a problem since the units are still dirt cheap for what they do. Things can only really improve from the hot mess of the first set of rules they released. Atleast you didn't set fire to everything like some people did.
Oh yeah, also love that WLC beast conversion you made.
Anyways, i should get back my own ratties, they get jealous when their man-thing looks at other skaven online

I can't imagine setting fire to it all, I put too much time and love into that army! Honestly the worst part of trying AoS for that first time was that even though I was playing the exact kind of army I'd always wanted to (full Moulder monsters), it just wasn't the game I wanted to play. Seems like GW ain't making that much easier since they want to just push all the new stuff (and the only clan that got a big deal was Pestilens).
If I get the time and money to go back to GW games I might just focus on 40k though. Thinking about picking up something new, though I have a couple of unpainted Space Wolf squads so that would be a good start.

Funnily enough a few months ago they released a skaven tome and box set. Clan Moulder can use Rat ogres or giant rats as base line as long as everything but the grey seer has a moulder tag on it. The new items/special abilities and all that moulder exclusive stuff looks absolutely amazing, but they dont actually sell giant rats and the current rat ogres are in a sad state, so to say. They are so ugly honestly. I dont know the moulder stuff off the top of my head but they can do stuff like add d6 wounds onto a unit and can roll each time a moulder unit dies and theres a chance to bring a new one back onto the field(I.E that squad of ratogres with extra wounds.)
I went from 40k fan due to DoW to fantasy fan from Warhammer Age of Reckoning, and i havent really touched 40k all that much because i wanted to get away from all the space marine stuff. I personally wouldn't tell anyone to play space marines or stormcast, especially space wolves, but thats just my hot opinion. I would of gone orks or genestealer cult if i didnt love skaven so much. I only really hear complaining about 40k and the awful state its in. Theres also complaints about the lore but all i know is Cadia exploded and genestealer cults are playable.
