This Nargacuga Base will include:
~ Locked Layers (For Easy Coloring)
~ Color Pallets for both Body and Eyes

2. Do NOT resell the lines!
3. You may edit the lines slightly! You are also allowed to edit the colors and pattern layers!
4. You are allowed to use these to make adopts, OC's or gifts for friends!
5. You are NOT allowed to sell them as Commissions, YCH's, or Commercial Merchandise (i.e. Pins, Buttons, Stickers, Keychains, Etc.)
