Any chasmosaurine skull tbh! I think stuff like Torosaurus DID have holes in their frills, likely due to being so massive/long that it wouldn't make sense for those to be solid bone (even if thin bone). They would've likely been covered by skin in life, and might've been able to be flushed with blood to deepen the color!
