This is Konrad Willihard, a thief with a hint of ice mage shenanigans.
He was originally a famous master fencer who'd teach the nobility of the art of swordsmanship, but he was set for execution after he was found in bed with the prince (Casimir!)
Obviously, he escaped, though many believe him dead.

You may notice Willihard being an older germanic version of Willard, blue eyes, plus he's an opossum, he's another one of Anxel's ancestors!

Konrad gets off on breaking confident heroes with stunning accurate and personal observations, he believes the humiliation and dread builds character.
