He's a yordle bruiser introduced in Teamfight Tactics, set 11 C:

Oh that's why, I stopped caring about teamfights Season 1 when they deliberately screwed up making the yordles and denying me my victories that got robbed. -_-

Now I just think the game is too trash to deserve to go on.

Who the hell makes yordles have the ability to "dodge" attacks and forget that it should also "dodge their effects"!?

Got so mad, I refused to use the pet in ARAM that I got for free as a result.

Buddy, that was like 13 sets ago. The yordles got several moments to shine ever since. Hellions in set 5, Yordles in set 6, Fortunes in set 11, Cyberbosses in set 14... also probably some other trait that I can't bother to remember now.

My personal favorite was set 6 Yordles. You'd gain a random yordle each round while the trait is active and if you managed to 3 star a set amount of yordles, you'd get a Veigar that did some crazy stuff.

I'm still not really going to get over the fact that several wins got robbed due to Riot's incompetence to playtest EVERYTHING before launch. That's the whole point of PBE, but no matter if it was PBE tested or not, stuff still gets rolled out with bugs.
