Lyla demonstrates her precision and prowess in snatching up her prey from above! Though instead of lifting them back into the sky, Lyla cements herself into the ground, hanging upside-down while the prey struggles in those tight guts. She then sleeps them off, her belly rounding out as her prey's consistency becomes that of a fine sludge!

I love the last panel XD not for the fatal content but hey when you said "lyla bomb" and see her bulging and then all round and with thst shading full of blurb and stuff i tough the one she shallowed tricked her somehow XD

Another advantage of this manner of ingesting prey is that once the dense and heavy gastric pellet of compacted wolf fur, teeth, claws, and possible thicker bone bits is formed, it will just kind of gently roll on out due to gravity, thus eliminating the somewhat strenuous ordeal of hurking it upwards and out once she is right side up.
Interesting hunting strategy.
The only fault I can see in that is the fact there's a very tasty, round, immobile morsel sitting right there in the open waiting to be eaten for several hours or even a day - unable to even hobble - much less fly away.
I bet she tastes like chicken ;)
