What is this? Fanart? Of anime no less? Blasphemy. I hadn't watched any anime since October last year, but I got suggest a few things and bought myself a few DVDs but this guy is just so insanely mental I had to draw him and his amazing faggot-y outfit. Future cosplay? Of course.

It says specifically in the workers handbook no blue hair xD; Piercings just aren't "approved of" in the publics eye, apparantly. Ear rings you're around 1 pair no bigger than a small coin and nose studs only for religious purposes and they tend to be wary about those with tattoo's.
