Recently my friend Toxictakeover got a sketch of her OC Toxin the Wolf as an Egg Boss from 
ChaosCroc's patreon (which is a very cool place, you should consider subscribing to him!), & since she drew Frostbite in a recent piece I wanted to pay it back with a colorization of Croc's sketch... and a design for Toxin as a part of Boss Frostbite's Icemen group, because there's no way I WASN'T gonna do that.
As you might guess by the name, the "Icemen" enforcers (seen here previously: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/60030162/) don't have a lot of female members, but Toxin's poison powers seem more fitting to a femme fatale taking out resistance members by force than some ditzy cigarette girl or showgirl, sooo I went for a double-breasted coat and hat that'd give her an air of 'menace' with an accompanying mourning veil.
(The silver muzzle is just a mask, FYI; I thought it'd be fun to combine a gas mask like Toxictakeover enjoys with a sort of 'porcelain masquerade' image that has lipstick painted onto it.)
