I can honestly explain.
I was playing Animal Crossing, when Redd had a backyard pool for sale. It reminded me of the Simpsons episode, where the Australian Prime Minister was sat in his pool in a rubber ring. And then this popped into my head. And absolutely refused to budge until I drew it xD

Was a good exercise in colouring and shading in a more subtle way, but once again, the scanner ate it, smooshed all my shading and killed his 5 o' clock shadow D:
Also, lol cant draw feet, shoes will do!
