This amazing new ref for me was done by the awesome Adalfyre. She is an amazing artist with great talent when it comes to us dragons.
So...yeah, what am I supposed to really say? This is how I look. I added all the annotations that I thought would be appropriate given the images in this.
I suppose there are a few things that could be added about the collar and eyes and whatnot but I don't want this to look cluttered.

Thank You.
I've seen a few that are more detailed but they are becoming rather scarce these days.
I deliberately went for the slender, lightweight look as that when combined with the large wingspan is the only way that a dragon could fly.
The only slightly bulky part of the form is the chest where the anchor point for the flight muscles is. Even then, gliding is the more usual method as it'd be exhausting beating wings of such a span with low muscle mass in the wing arms
The small teeth are needle-like because for an ice dragon, the primary food is going to be fish which you are not tearing chunks out of but rather catching and then pinning them before swallowing. Tail spines serve as both a defensive means (being decently sharp) and also as a form of display akin to animals that use their tails to show intentions and the like.
Thanks again
