While large parts of Seia's world consists of hot climate zones requiring lighter, more skimpier outfits to handle the heat, there are also more temperate zone where heat is much less of an issue. As such, the dinosaurs living in those areas can dress in more typical clothing that covers more of the body. Subsequently that also means that warriors fighting in those areas can afford to wear thicker, stronger armor to better protect themselves without having to worry about suffering a heat stroke.
Thus, here we have Seia, exploring the more temperate zones of her world and looking considerably more knightly than she does further south...
This version features her holding the katana she normally carries on her back and wearing heels... Why the heels? Well, I was playing some games that featured girl characters in high heels kicking ass so I thought "Why not"? The game was AI Limit by the way, a souls-like with an anime theme. Fun game.

You know, normally heels don't make sense on armor for humans, or at least not heels that high; shorter heels were used by certain peoples to better grip stirrups on their saddles. But for a digitigrade character...they might actually kind of make sense? They might be a little awkward, but they could give them extra support and ability to resist impacts. Huh.
I've been thinking about that too actually. Really, the heel doesn't do anything since because Sia's digitigrade, that's her natural foot shape anyways... At the end of the day though, its a silly but still kinda cool anime trope and hey, if it works in anime and video games like AI Limit, why shouldn't it work in a world of cartoon anthro dinosaurs?
