Please accept the filler doodle of Rufus (My fan design) as my apology for delayin' uploadin' 'n' an inconsistent schedule, I'm only always drawin' if I have more 'n' more ideas (too many!), while also havin' to do well with the executive. Plus, I'm sometimes busy with writin' fanfic; especially if it's wiki, not like Wikipedia or Disney Wiki, but more like Dinosaucers.)
Anywho, I'm headcanon Rufus has dark circles around his eyes 'cause he doesn't get enough sleep, 'n' also 'cause he sleeps too late (he sleeps at 12am to 3am, that's how you knew he's a relatable character all the time (jokin')), which is also why his fur look like that. 'N' I can imagine that Rufus will be wearin' a t-shirt 'cause he's not interested in fancy at all, unlike Henry 'n' Ernest.
Before he wore a printed T-shirt (Accordin' to Wikipedia's text, printed T-shirts gained popularity, but other sources say otherwise? Idk), he was always wearin' a black T-shirt.

Someone on the Disney Wiki must have mistaken Paul Barrie's Rufus as official just 'cause of the paintin' of Rufus' face 'n' the photo shop of Rufus' interaction.
In general, Rufus is always meant to be an unseen character with only a grunt, voice, and given name. Unless the cast member works on Country Bears or just the cast member says otherwise!

Well Gomer hast His own character how He is. In my Story is He more active and speak. But Not alot only how By His part how He will The piano playing Bears. Oscarvis how His father and too a part of His mother how that His dad should say that to His wife and Not Oscar Not doing this. Bad News IT IS my longest Break from two weeks after my move from 10th June. But then i am Back Online. Next chapter can come later after updating my PC in the new start.
