Another Toon June cosplay for TC, as he's dressed as Hailey Banks, the main character of the Disney show Hailey's On It. And he's got his own Beta with him and his book of things that he's totally going to do. He's got to do it all; besides, the fate of the world literally depends on it....
...and judging by that flashing wristband on his lower right arm, I'd say he's completed another one of his tasks! Only a couple hundred more to go...

Hailey's On It was created by Devin Bunje and Nick Stanton. (and apparently Bunje worked on the Disney show the Replacements too...never heard about that til now)
