Pyretalon some say is quite the handsome gryph. Loyal, determined and not afraid to tease a certain human mage until their brain might melt. He is a bodyguard to Axton, one of the main characters of my series, Embers of Dawn that I'm currently working on. Its a slice of life story about a gold dragon, searching for an example he could display of dragons and non dragons flourishing together, while a mage struggles with life of falling short of his aspirations.

If you're curious of stuff that I write, the original series follows Veledar, the red dragon as he seeks to get his treasure returned to him when it's stolen by a kingdom of humans and sapient gryphons! He kidnaps the knight sent to capture him and gathers a team of adventurers. He meets witty rogues, a dwarf who always has to have the last word, and a stoic minotaur with a dark past to just name a few. He will face the kings minions, oracle dragonesses, metal monsters and even undead wizards in his quest, but worst of all...things to make him look foolish and ruin his image! Perhaps along the way he will even find a greater treasure than the one stolen...
