They're the drummer for Basil's band half-awake visions.
Dee works at the fast food place (burger lion) not far from Anxel's apartment from when he lived there, Dee is friends with Anxel.
Dee actively seeks out problematic music, and besides drumming their favorite hobby is drawing macabre art and writing vampire/werewolf/general monster smut.
Dee has had a nicotine addiction since they started working, given to them by their ex (who was not a good person) they met at their old job, Dee got arrested for beating their ex with a toaster later on, wielding it by the wire like a flail.

Pretty much they have an incelcore hyperfixation, maybe because they dated one and heard it first there?
Their ex which is mentioned is very vague but generally he treated Dee like trash.
