This one was a bit more challenging for me than some of my others, since I'm not used to drawing more natural/organic scenes. I had to repaint the background at one point because my first attempt was so bad (which you can see in this timelapse!), but doing the grass wasn't quite as painful as I'd anticipated. Although it didn't end up entirely the way I wanted it (like pretty much every drawing I've done, to be fair), I think it's alright for a first more serious attempt at something like this.
I was inspired to draw while listening to Signals by keep it together. I don't think an album has ever made me feel the way Signals has, it's truly incredible. If you like indie/alternative/bedroom/folk rock - or even if you don't (I usually go for electronic stuff myself) - then please please please check them out!
Edit: The hill in the background has been annoying me, and while at first I felt like I should have placed it lower, I think I actually should have desaturated it a bit more to emphasise the distance. Maybe it's just more noticeable when looking at it on my phone (which weirdly makes everything way more saturated than on any of my other devices), but idk, it's all part of learning, I guess
