I consulted with an endocrinologist, and I was diagnosed with 5 different diseases. These are pre-obesity, insulin resistance, vitamin D deficiency, autoimmune thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. I am currently taking pills and undergoing treatment. In addition, for 2 weeks I sleep for 16-18 hours and often feel overwhelmed.
