(I've been using the moniker 'steampunklayhr' elsewhere on the internets, and had been trying to figure out some kind of design relating to that for a while- along the way 'steampunk' became 'robot' became 'spotlighter', so there you go! In case anyone wondered my original thought process here. XD)

I had the name Zeon on the backburner for years and years before this- I remember jotting it down on a doodle of Alter, when I was trying to figure out a name for them beyond 'gogglebeast', and it just didn't stick there- and didn't realize yet that this is where that goes! Zeon is a layhr-type Spotlighter, at least in concept, and they are unique; there aren't any others of this variety running around.
