I got dumped, cheated on with an ex and basically thrown away after 4 years of relationship.
Ever since friday I was hurt unbelievably, I cried non-stop, I blamed myself, didnt eat and only tonight I managed to shove in a sandwich.

i was soo shocked and sad to read about this on telegram.. please dont force yourself to post here when you dont want to. we'll always be waiting for you :3 maybe u should sit in your feelings and process them, as shitty as they are, im sure you'll find a way to recover. and we're here to listen if you ever need your thoughts to be heard! u seem like a beautiful & strong animal, im rooting for u no matter how shitty life may seem
