Another character from the Elasto project, this is Detective Jack Klondike.
While it looks like this might be a panel from a comic, this was a stand alone box, no context with anything.
Mostly an exercise in a more comic book style of shading, you know how they put big blocks of black ink everywhere but still make it look acceptable if not good?
