So, OceanOilSpil used to have a body made entirely of pure ocean water. But one day, there was this huge disaster from a leaking ship that spilled so many oil into the sea and ended up seeping into his body. Ever since then, he’s been on a path of revenge against humanity.
His design is inspired by that mix of oil and water. When light hits a layer of the oil there's a rainbow shimmer. His clothes even reflect that idea by show off his rainbow fins while wearing it.
He also carries this special item it might be his heart. It’s the only part of him that’s remained untouched by the oil, that's how it still has deep beautiful blue color. And probably be the source of power.
Interestingly, he seems like a magic user, but his intelligence stat is so low… so I imagine he mostly relies on brute strength when fighting with his enemies.
He's perfect fit with the Pride month, Happy Pride Month everyone!
