So Clackers runs his balloon cart and runs a bit of a match making service. Balloon folks who can float with helium are hooked up to the cart, then other folks can come along and take them. But only if they want to. It's a good way to make a new friend. It also means the Skyguard have a lot of work to do when folks are careless.

Seems Sahar has picked up Squish from said cart with a few extra's and their just off on a stroll. Squish is loving it, Sahar seems a bit uncertain.
