This is Toy. He is a rather dumb toy.
Toy is a Pterosaur pooltoy obviously. He cannot speak and has very limited movement. At best, he can move limbs around a little but cannot self propell. He really is at the mercy of anyone who gets their hands on him. He has the ability to just appear wherever and whenever. And he does love a good tease.
