[StarDeer Valley] It's dangerous to go alone, take this!

Thanks to completing the Qi Fruit quest yesterday, he finally had enough Qi Gems to buy the last Galaxy Soul he needed to upgrade his weapon from Mr.Qi.
Taking a totem to the island farm and navigating through the orchard he had set up there, he easily carried the Galaxy Sword and newly purchased Galaxy Soul to the volcano. The shortcut to the forge housed in the caldera was very helpful. As was the fact he stored a chest of Cinder Shards up here for easy access when he needed to upgrade or combine items.
Finally. He had the Infinity Blade.
A task many seasons in the making, and one Marlon will surely be impressed by. Speaking of; it was the Desert Festival starting today. Some of the more territorial monsters in Skull Cavern had been getting a bit too close for comfort, so perhaps it was time to make an example of them. The Adventurer's Guild had challenges they ran during the Desert Festival, so this was the perfect opportunity to try out his new weapon. He hadn't been able to join last year due to his condition, so this would be fun.
Taking a Desert Totem from his pocket space, Beep warped directly to the desert, leaving the forge behind.
This one was pretty quick because I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to do. The only thing I struggled with was trying to find a video game 'item get' dialogue box that worked. The website I used for the stardew dialogue boxes didn't have anything, so I yoinked this from a Dark Souls meme generator website. Close enough, even if it is very different from the usual Stardeer Valley post?
Things different from canon; (AU???)
Gramps never had an heir, or they never show/ed up.
Stardew Valley Expanded; new maps, new NPCs, new events, a LOT of new stuff.
The new “Farmer” is just a Weird Ass Deer. NPCs will respond/react accordingly.
This is my first time playing Stardew Valley Expanded. Please no spoilers if you play SVE.

That never stopped other companies. Remember when Bethesda sued Mojang after the latter released a game simply called "Scrolls".
And then there's Edge Games, more famous for suing anyone using the word "Edge" (including Marvel, WWE, 20th Century Fox and, most notably, Namco for their "Soul Edge" game, forcing them into renaming the series to "Soul Calibur") than for their games. 😂

Oh jeeze, I didn't know about any of that. There was a huge issue in the chronic illness community where someone copyrighted a commonly used term in a specific type of chronic illness, but only in the UK/EU. But still went after EVERY listing online, even in the usa, taking them down for copyright violations. (Businesses where the income from selling items would be their only oncome). The half-assed "apology" video was just insulting and an attempt at damage control, but still didn't back down and a LOT of chronically ill people lost their livelihoods.
Wow, and I thought that Edge Games were disgusting for their trademark bullying, but copyrighting *and* suing people over a medical term? That's outright dystopian. I will never understand how copyrighting/trademarking common words is even allowed to begin with.
