Kiseki Meowstic is a train conductor who specializes as a locomotive engineer and assists in helping passengers go from place to place in the region alongside with his assistant and little sister, Shukufuku Meowstic. He loves his sister and is almost never seen without her by her side. He's a kind-hearted Pokemon who seeks to do nothing but serve others to his best extent, best expressed through in his work in the train business.

On one night while riding the train, Kiseki and Shukufuku were sucked into a dimensional hole that teleported the two young train professionals (train included) into the world of Agartha! Upon awakening, they found the train was left unscathed and on a new train track!? It seemed to perfectly fit in this new world all together... and sported new upgrades. The train had somehow “themed” itself to it's new surroundings, becoming candy themed! It was almost like magic...
