All that remains of the Antietam Ironworks, near Antietam, Maryland. Looks like a castle, doesn't it?

Pentax K100D with a 18-55mm lens and a UV filter for that one. My new baby, I've only had it a month! Great camera, and beats out the Nikon D40, D80 and Canon Rebel XT because it has built in image stabilization in the camera body (freedom from tripods for all but longest exposures) and since it uses the standard Pentax K-mount lenses, you can use any Pentax lens made over the last 40 years!
Picked mine up with the 18-55mm lens for only $492 online, and that was before the $50 rebate. Love this camera!

Haha, just saw on your profile you hate digital photography! Well does it help that I chose the Pentax cause I learned on my Mom's Pentax K1000
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentax_K1000
which is about as old school manual as you can get? =) And I can use the old lenses on my new camera too (with manual settings).

K1000? These days I think it's all ebay, but they were very popular cameras for decades, so easy to find. Should be in the 100-200 dollar range depending on what if any lenses come with it.
