... Yeah, there's no way I'm the first person to come up with that pun in the title, but I'm using it anyway, darnit.
I'm really liking this trend lately of game companies looking at characters in their franchises whose gender expression has been kinda hazy (and usually not the most positively-written, to boot) and going "You know what? Screw that, they're unambiguously trans women now. Deal with it." I do hope this continues - Can we get Birdo and/or Poison next? That'd be pretty spiffy.
In the meantime, though, here's a Vivian cosplaying as Bridget, because they're both adorable and precious and I'd protect them with my life if they weren't already clearly capable of protecting themselves. Have a safe and happy Pride Month, everyone! And if anyone gives you grief over who you are... Uh, I dunno... hit 'em with a yo-yo or set 'em on fire or something.
