Applejack would sure make a good and cute giantess. This is such an adorable picture that is a nice little twist on the classic fairy tale. Btw, I see Applejack is wearing the same type of attire worn by Gustav the Giant from the Disney take on The Brave Little Tailor, that's a nice reference as Gustav is such a cool antagonist. ^^
