Staff Section Only
Hello staff member, congratulations on being authorized to help maintain TV. Please read through this document fully, to properly diagnose TV's potential issues. Don't be afraid, if this is an urgent issue just remember, TV is just a toy. It cannot feel anything. Take your time.
Check to see if Key is properly inserted.
If key is inserted, be sure to wind up as-needed.
If key is jammed, carefully remove in the protected toy-box room, and make sure to remove any debris or anomalous objects preventing the key from turning or being inserted securely. Do not attempt to turn the key if it is stuck. In an emergency situation, please use the heart-key.
TV get's dirty sometimes which is normal. A simple washcloth with common dish soap will fix up any dirt, or grime with ease.
Food tank. TV only has one single input via the mouth opening. This is also the same output. Please use the specialized pump or vacuum to properly empty the tank. If tank has something inside of it that should not be there, carefully hang TV by it's feet, and prop the jaw piece open or temporarily remove, and wait for all contents to be emptied by gravity. If-needed use a hose to power wash the inside of the tank while TV is upside down. Repeat until tank is clean. Add a cup of vinegar inside to keep tank fresh from mold.
For major damages which would require repairs, please seek Staff Member Thor. Thor is authorized to do major repairs. If Thor is unavailable please see Key Maintenance section if applicable. If repair is not key related, seek Staff Member CC for parts replacements. Do not throw out old parts. Any parts removed or salvaged must be stored in the Toy-Box Freezer urgently. Do not waste time.
