this guy might look a lil familiar if you peruse my old DotW folder. I enjoyed playing Phaeton back in the day and always wanted to do so much more with him- so that one-off human design I did of him for a meme is now canon!

since his culture, family, etc. were all other players' IP in the original game, his backstory as a human is intentionally vague, but the gist is still basically the same. still a disappointing prince in a backwater cult, still a mama's boy, still a sensitive soul in a world that requires him to be hard and cruel. still gets his nose sliced off for doing dumb shit to impress his folks.

the wolf pelt cloak is a lil easter egg but don't read too much into it.
