You there...yes, *you*, the one with the tired eyes and the open tab full of furry art and questionable memes. I know what you’re doing. You thought you could peek at me, give a thumbs up at the person behind the persona, and then continue onto your spiralling descent into further numbness.

Now, before you dive headfirst into yet another cursed rabbit hole (however meaning you want), I need you to take a moment and answer me honestly:

Have you done your chores today? Dishes? Laundry? That one mysterious, soaking pan you’ve been pretending doesn’t exist?
Have you made yourself some actual food, or are you running on vibes and the memory of breakfast?

And (this is important) have you stepped outside and let the sun look at you for even five minutes? Or cracked open a window so your room can shake off the musty dusties?

I am looking at you right now, Pecha Bun wants you to be good. Whether I am to be your little maiden or matron. You must take care of yourself for me, you are precious because you're a unique human being with your own thoughts, emotions, dreams, and ambition. Even if you are feeling a bit withering, let these words water that special soul of yours.

Take a deep breath. Go rinse your face. Put something decent in your body. Sweep your space, stretch your legs, and maybe let the sun know you’re alive! You deserve to be treated well, and you know yourself best for that. I want to be able to smile in relief knowing that you are still going strong, still fighting each day that leads closer climbing over the wall and viewing the sunrise.
