Decided I needed to remake this.
Featuring his work uniform; Batregard works as a stellar-drive engineer, largely because of how dangerous that work is. By doing so, he's preventing some other unfortunate engineer from meeting an early death. Given how durable/well protected his is from his ring, his bosses aren't as strict with his uniform... which he definitely has fun with.
A yellow lantern is many things; enforcer, constable, lawman; most of all powerful. Not everyone trusts them, due to their terrifying nature but I assure you... He has your best interest at heart.
