Is that a Vietnamese subway car? Does it run like that routinely? It inspired me to make a subway car in Kazan after the reform. Because the current one is just a disorder.

Yes, of course it is in Vietnam(Saigon) and it operates both above ground and underground. It only operates from 5:00am to 11:00pm. These trains are managed by HURC(HCMC Metro) and VietNam railway. ÔwÔ
