Yes. But this is meant to be cute and funny. He is 4 years old and its a common thing where mothers put their baby boys in a dress as a cute and funny picture. Its actually a real thing. Its more common in the 80s and 70s. But there are real youtube videos of mothers doing this. I dont know why they do. But mothers find it cute to dress their baby boy up as a girl just as a funny and cute image. So Everest did that with Tracker. He is 4 so he does not care what you do to him. Chase on the other hand is different. I have videos of Chase where he says "I'm a boy." Because he accidentally signed up for Ballet music and dance.
