This here is an adopt I got from  Aquamarys a looong time ago, or at least it feels that way. Give their gallery a look, they have a lot of colorful fellows in there.
I chose to adopt this one long ago, because I like black and gold together; it also reminds me of Alphamon, and Anubis. Usually, I am a reptilian fellow, but I do like mammals, and not just for prey or belly stuffers.

This Fox has lovely pointy ears, and a big bushy tail, plus I love their face and head shape, and how pleasantly fluffy they are. Judging by the accessories -wakizashi, shurikens and kunais- this Fox may be Japanese. Hence, I gave him the name "Isamu Shimazu".

Isamu means "Brave" from what I was able to look up. Shimazu, is (was?) a famous Japanese Clan in Japan, that controlled Southern Kyushu in the 12th-19th century; very impressive! Also chose it, because it rolls off the tongue pleasantly, and a professor in University I liked had that as her last name, so its an homage to her too.

Don't have a full story for him YET, but I figure for now, he is a "ronin" or traveling mercenary doing odd jobs and so on, but trained in usage of weapons, to stop or dissuade bandits. Despite his tough exterior and honor-bound ideals, he is a good person. Just don't be too nefarious or he'll put his foot down about it.
