My adopts are for personal use and limited commercial use.
Once purchased , you have full rights to change the design as you like, whether subtle or drastic. This character can be used in any fandom you wish or as your own for original works.
Please do not:
-Resell adopt(s) that have not been changed/differentiated distinctly from the original.
-Use adopt until payment is cleared.
-Claim artwork itself as yours. You can have and use the pic as reference , being that you own the design , but do -not repost my artwork itself.
-use character for Generative ai or training (including refining , recoloringLoras , image2image, ect. )
What you will own upon purchase:
-The character basically.
-Non watermarked reference of said character
-Any and all parts of the design.
-Usage in personal publications and limited commercial usage for the base design ($2,000 usd and below). Large -scale commercial usage comes with different pricing and must de discussed further.
-You can edit the character’s design or features as you see fit. Once it’s yours , it’s yours.
If you do wish to use the design/character for any industry level works , please let me know and we can discuss the terms( these are personal use prices after all.). Full scale Commercial usage requires commercial pricing. If the character is simply for fun and personal usage (rp , art , story telling, etc,) then there is no need for discussion.
