This is definitely an early sketch for this year's batch.
And I actually had a dream about making this exact drawing, although the dream never showed me the species. So I settled on fox.
Normally I don't do taur due to complexity, and especially not with an upper belly; but in the dream, I remember having it explained that the taur womb has a secondary part to it in case maximum capacity for the main womb is reached. In this particular case, the unborn children ended up stretching out and accidentally found the extension, and went for it. And now poor taur mom finds herself with a sudden second belly bulge. Even though the first was already getting to be a bit much. You'd think she'd appreciate some relief of the pressure?
