Aisha and the Church, Page 1
There was a storm on the horizon. She could smell it. And when the clouds came closer and overshadowed the light of evening, she could hear it; the booming thunder.
Not that she minded the rain, or the storms. But still, when you're traveling, it's best to keep your only provisions dry. So her wandering eyes searched the lesser-traveled dirt road for shelter, and came upon a decrepit building.
Damaged, abandoned...but it would do to hold back the majority of the rain for now. The traveler approached and briefly felt the carved wood of the door before reaching for the handle.

Yay, more doodles. x3 Yes, peeps, I'm certainly not dead. Though more likely at the moment I'm just kinda picking myself out of the dirt and starting to draw a little more.
This mini-comic is mostly the result of some experimenting and messing around with backgrounds. I found that once I took a relaxing moment to do it, I had the patience and found the fun in drawing more detailed things in the environment. Like the mini-cathedral there.
This'll be a short little thing, only a few more pages in, nothing major in terms of action or dialogue or what-have-you. I practice with details, Aisha goes along for the ride. Nice and leisurely. ^^
I'm also kinda messing around with a few new design concepts for Aisha. She wears protective hand-wraps for handling her weapons (they're also enchanted to deal some extra pain if she has to fight sans her sword and boomerang and whatever-else).
And no, her hair's not white now. :p I shaded her fur in to kinda help myself out with which parts of her are separate from her clothes.
Enjoy, and there's a bit more to come. ^^
