I adopted him from  twitchyfox88

He is in a similar situation like Luka&Luna, but unlike them he is not a pokemon fusion.

He is a Team Rocket experiment like them, but instead of mixing two pokemon together, Team Rocket just spliced the Absol DNA with a Grass type's DNA.

The side-effect is that he can change between his anthro and quadruped form.

He likes to tease and prank other pokemons/people.
