in the game, yamada introduces himself with his nickname "The Alpha and the Omega". it's meant to be a stupid, over the top nickname that no-one would ever use, introducing you to how self important he is in a comedic manner. but the funny thing is, i think he might really be that for me. he's where everything about who i am today truly starts. he was the start of my fascination with fat men, the first character, first thing full stop i ever got TF of, the first of my obsession with the "super nerd" archetype that would come to really dominate my headspace in more recent years, and sooner or later, i always go back to him. he's the most adorable, attractive doujin author in the world, and i wouldn't hesitate to kiss him, to cuddle him, to be him in a heartbeat if i could. hifumi yamada is my alpha and omega, my beginning and end.

 tfmizuki did an absolutely marvelous job bringing this to life, giving every phase of the transformation an incredible sense of flow, indulging all the little whims i had, and like i seemingly always feel, it inspired me to try and do my best in colouring it in. i am in love with everything - how the body balloons in the second and third panels, my newly rotund self in the 4th, the way the face transforms, and the wonderful pose at the end. they always do wonderful wonderful work, and i love commissioning and supporting them. thank you so much
