A song using my poem as lyrics, found here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/60863364/ [it's almost identical]
Lyrics:
Basking in the Winter warmth, in a distant land
On the planet Porcupine, there lived a lonely man
For he was stranded decades ago, when his ship did fly
Aboard it his entire crew, they left without goodbye
The toxic fumes on Porcupine were said to kill the crew
Alone he ventured out to check, to return with review
Be it a goof, or maybe a jest, the ship began to jump
Away from the planet, and out into space, oh, what terrible luck
The atmosphere safe and easy to breathe, perhaps the intel was wrong
If only they waited around for the news, they could have came along
Left all alone, in his new home, for twenty six years and one day
To his surprise, when he looked to the sky he saw a ship coming his way
With a loud thud, and flinging up mud, the landing gear were planted
Out of the ship, a woman approached, the man became enchanted
This woman, you see, was like nothing he's seen, for she was covered in fur
With two pointed ears and a catlike nose, she then began to purr
The man thought quick and on a makeshift dish, he offered up to her
A slimy and slick, freshly caught fish, which caused her senses to stir
She took a big sniff, of that fresh fish, and she turned and she walked back in
Into the ship, but the door stayed ajar, out came a hand which beckoned for him
Into the ship, with that blue fish, he was greeted by her crew
Twenty six felines, all of which women, and of the mating age too
If you find yourself stranded and all out of hope on planet Porcupine
Make you a dish, and catch a nice fish, and keep your eyes on the sky
