Talian is as evil as evil can be. His dark wings, cold heart, evil intents, and sharp claws make him perhaps the evillest being on the planet at the moment. Talian only dates evil girls, yet still rapes good girls--mainly virgins and defenseless girls--and is far too powerful for any to try to stop him. Some, however, believe he can be stopped and even have some good in him. This has not been proven yet, though....
