We all know Keiran looks good in a dress, but I think the wings and wand are a bit much. :3
Also, I like how you did the background. It kinda looks like you took a pic of some Pampus grass and colored it all cool like. Either way, it's a very nice touch.

Yeah it was a picture of my back garden, I added just a teeny tiny touch of gayness. and a sprinkle of magic ^_^
