I'm actually very curious about how advanced is the medical technology in your world building im just curious like kind of like put example like if someone like lost an arm it got completely shredded could they like take your skin cells and regrow you a whole new arm or will they just give you like a very advanced prosthetic.
Highly advanced, thanks to the Auranans. They developed medical tech that not only replaces lost limbs and organs with a cloned limb/organ, but also can gene-modify a person to be compatible when breeding with a different species (As seen here). Plus even gene-modifying a human to be super human (like spartans from Halo or the Astartes from 40k), which I'll explain that later on.
