Heard a while back that Yamabiko recently died in Ginga Densetsu Requiem but unsurprisingly I'm disregarding that as canon just like I do with 90% of the Ginga series past GDWO

I only got inspired even more to draw an AU pic where Yamabiko is alive and well and in a happy gay relationship with Orion. Their two adopted pups are Lepus (left) and Joseph (right). Also in my AU Yamabiko kept Masamune's scarf after his death back in GDWO
