(shrugs) It makes sense in context for her to be nice and svelte. She's an empath. She doesn't derive power or pleasure from indulging. She gets it from you indulging.
Though it would be funny as hell (pun not intended) if a form like this was somehow canon. Like if she could puff herself up to look like this and did so every time someone was meeting her for the first time and let it slip that they expected the Princess of Gluttony to be a fat slob.
Bee: "Surprised? Expecting something else?"
Guest: "Well... Kinda... Maybe a little more... Umm..."
