This is a brand new recurring hero for my Seigi no Senshi Captain-Japan fan-project.

Turbo-Thrusterターボー・スラスター is a good-natured but dedicated android created by S.P.D that is based on a combination of a hovercar and a small jet-fighter plane, with tough-armor, twin energy-shield generators on his shoulders and twin particle-beam cannons for his arms, he's also super-strong and fast on both ground & the air. He's become one of Neo-Tokyo's welcomed superheroes and one of Jamiko's allies.
