I can't seem to get ahead. I was actually all set rentwise, but... I have a sweet little dog named Merlin, who I love with all my heart. He's 11 years old. When he was 8, he suddenly went stone blind. We think it's a rare condition called SARDS (Sudden Acquired Retinol Degeneration Syndrome). A few months later he started having hind end weakness, and we found out he suffers from Low Thyroid. (See his cute little diaper?). He's on medication, which manages the disease, but he won't get better. He's not in pain, and he's still very active (though he stumbles a lot.)
He was doing fine, but in the last few days his appetite is off, he's sleeping a lot, and not peeing so much though he's been drinking a lot. He's at the vet's getting a battery of tests, and so I once again must turn to you good people for help. I'm taking commissions (rates in my Journal), and I finally have a Ko-fi: ko-fi.com/littlepaw40224
Thank you for listening.

Sorry to hear that, Kofi can be a good help, I'm headed over to put what I can after I post this, but also link your Kofi to your furaffinity page, it goes in the same place where you have your social media stuff I believe.
And definitely still get patreon or subscribestar or something as soon you can I think

Thanks. Sorry to hear about your pup. I was afraid Merlin was going into renal failure, too, but thankfully it was a lot of niggling little things caused by his chemical imbalance (low thyroid.) It's a constantly shifting juggling act. Still waiting on a few test results to come back.
The Prednisone has made a big difference in his appetite and fluid intake, so IV fluids seem unnecessary. It was amazing how fast he mapped out the house after going suddenly blind, especially after he calmed down and stopped running into things. He just needed to realize that I was still there with him. He's heartbreakingly trusting.
